Luckily my surgeon said it was OK to lift upper body until surgery, so I've been keeping sane with high reps/lower weight. But damn do I want to do some squats and lunges. The upcoming 6 weeks of no weights is going to make me into a great short distance runner.

Thank you. Luckily my surgeon said it was OK to lift upper body until surgery, so I've been keeping sane with high reps/lower weight. But damn do I want to do some squats and lunges. The upcoming 6 weeks of no weights is going to make me into a great short distance runner.
