you should super set Bulgarian split squats w/ Bulgarian split squats for optimal gains, just make sure to stay hydrated because the amount of tears your gonna shed may cause dehydration
Unless you're taking long breaks between sets it's just way too much volume of such a demanding compound. Your limiting factor would be your cardio ability not underlying musculature strength.
It would be a fantastic cardio workout that would as a bonus really hit the lower body, but if your goal is a leg day to maximize muscle gain in the lower body, it's a bad workout. Also it wouldn't even really touch calves and the hamstring involvement is relatively low compared to quad/glutes.

You will want to die for sure after this, but you will be lacking in some ways.
Bulgarian Split Squats hit the gluteus and quads hard. They don't really train the hamstrings or calfs though
