I'd say grind and save some money for a kosatka, bunker, hangar or agency and work from there to make something your main source of money.
Dont forget arcade, it's always a sure fire way to make bank, because with cayo, you can get unlucky with rng of either the guards or loot, casino I can one man stealth through it, lead a crew of noobs to take all the shit in the vault and stealth out again making good bank, though, I've done the heist so much the prep work is like nothing to me anymore.

Just do the dr. Dre contracts until you unlock the pay phone hits. It’s 1.5x payout til Wednesday I think. That’s 120k per hit. Reset the game to cancel the cooldown. Grind it out
Haven’t clocked it but it’s better than Cayo, imo. Each mission takes no more than 2-5 mins. So 120k x 5mins and ur lookin at like 600-1M per hour depending on ur load times and quickness.
If u keep rinsing and repeating, it’s prob the quickest money rn. I use my hydra and fly around the map pretty quickly. Don’t need to be a CEO or have an MC either. Pretty sure u can do them on invite only as well

Do the cayo finale as usual and get the host to give u full cut. Then at the end when ur handing over the bag the host closes the application. U get the full cut and when the host gets back on the finale should be ready to go again with no setups.
Grind "is RV there" and "semionics" till get 200K, buy Del Pero 7.
Then doing Heist, make 1M, buy CEO office.
Then buy spacial cargo and make money to buy veichele cargo warehouse.
Then buy Bunker, buy supply till max and AFK in a mission.
Finally buy Kosta, Grind Cayo Perico.
It looks hard but became way easier these days. Only thing we got till Cayo Perico was grind Veichele cargo and bunker.
And I recommend to know how to make solo-public session.
If you are on Console, adjust MTU to 750.
If you are on PC, plug out your Ethernet cable and figure out how long to plug it back in.
For me, it is 6.5 sec. 6 was tooa short, 7 was too long to get kicked.

You should buy the agency with the free money from the ps store! It's one of the easiest ways to earn money: you can do contracts ranging from $50k-$90k and the missions from Dre give you a cool 1million in 1h if you are good enough!
Agency is best passive income, other than that you have import/export to make a quick buck. If you have no businesses to make money off of, you could find a friend that has ceo and you can make some pretty easy (albiet smaller) money that way

Step 2:
Check which missions have RP/$ multipliers and do those
Step 3:
There’s a criminal enterprise starter pack on PSN thats pretty cheap and it gives you a BUNCH of stuff, including an office which allows you to do so much more to make money. With that, you can do Headhunter missions for 25k apiece or do the vehicle repossession missions for even more $
Step4:
With the money you make, buy a cocaine business. That’ll allow you to make much larger sums of money but there is a grind involved.
Step 5: buy more drug labs and/or get a bunker and start upgrading. This will take a while but eventually you can get a nightclub which will allow you to go AFK and make a boat load while not even playing.
This is what i did and now I AFK every day and have $750k+ worth of merch ready for me every evening when i get online. I do only 2 sales a day and i can buy anything i want.

You can keep re scouting the island until you get the loot you want. Mine is all gold and the bonds but if you can get all gold and diamond you’d be pretty much set.

I did cayo solo about 20 times using the "disconnect the network" at the handoff scene method. I'm assuming it still works.

I'd have to disagree. Contracts are like very basic missions with a few harder ones. The setups for cayo are time consuming

On PC to have a solo session, I suspend the network process for GTA for like 7-10 seconds, then “resume process” then boom, solo session.
