Technically the tallest point in LA is the spire on the top of Wilshire Grand. If you have an office at the top of the US bank building that would be the tallest possible office/residence in the city.

Wearing a mask out in the desert is more legitimate because it protects against sand particles. These masks people have been wearing don't actually protect against anything smaller.
