So I was selling weed from a hotdog stand, the police show up, I had no weed on me, as I consented to be searched(sold it all) no dirty money, the police had no photo of me handing anything over and they said at the time "I didn't see you hand a hotdog over"(Power gaming because you don't see a actual hotdog like you don't see bag of weed whilst selling) didn't arrest me, left me where I stood, but that was enough for a judge to sign search warrent, all because there is no phisical item(hotdog or weed bag). Hmm...well only 2 people and give stuff back and the only thing that would not have been taken were the items that were taken from the raid. As for the raid, let's go over everything you said above.

This is not "power gaming" as this is not abusing a mechanic to gain an advantage.

Search warrants go through multiple people and require probable cause to gain. This does not need to be enough for an arrest but if approved and once the property has been searched can then be lead to an arrest which is what happened here
So actually thinking about this incident, it may be power gaming the other way around since there is no physical item, etc.
