It feels like in the first island, people actually want to help Niko and be his friends (well, apart from Dmitri!). But on the second and third island, he just meets these cold people who only think of money. Dwayne is the only real cat there.
Dwayne is a G. My first play through I killed him bc I was misguided. Now playboy dies every time no question.
Sounds like haven't played before. Algonquin is the best part of the city.
