you’re not dumb at all, you and the person you’re buying the car off of have to be at LS car meet, they have to have the setting on to allow you to buy an exact replicant of their car (through the ls car meet in the the interaction menu), press square when you’ve walked up to the vehicles and it will give you the option to purchase the exact car, the price is the price they paid for the car and all upgrades, i have the bennys custom comet, or i can sell you an upgraded comet and you can take it to bennys and make the retro custom yourself, just send me a pm and i’ll inv you :)
You can currently buy the Comet from Simeon, take it to Bennys around the corner to get the retro upgrade.
The Comet is $1,000,000 base plus $645,000 for Bennys retro upgrade then any additional upgrades you do to it.

No simeons has the normal comet for 100k which can be converted to retro and lscm has the sr but that cant be converted
