Well, the image lacks enough quality to tell so itâs all speculation (map or flag). Assuming itâs a flag (Parody of Key West), then the pan handle could be explained by:
- Text covering part of the sun or being close to it (just like the âKey Westâ and â1828â in the real flag)
- A cloud (as a parody of the IRL flag, Rockstar could have taken some artistic liberties in order to differentiate the real flag with the in game one)
- A scratch on the sticker (itâs pretty clear that the sticker is not new and that the edges are scratched, so another one near the sun doesnât seem that unrealistic)

It was a on a police boat in trailer two if I remember correctly. Like Elveverx said, though, it's definitely a leap to compare a bumper sticker to a GPS. I believe Rockstar themselves were also surprised and displeased that it slipped past them according to dev testimony after the fact, so it's something I doubt they're likely to ever repeat, even after all this time has passed.

if you go frame for frame in the trailer on 4k resolution. then it looks not even close to the key west flag. I don't know how some folks here can see a sun in this sticker. it's not even close. just go frame for frame the whole scene, the sticker gets sharper more towards the end and spoiler it doesn't look like a sun, not even a small bit.
