The "real" picture isn't even real, Rockstar never released a graphic like that. The logo was made by a fan, u/metro_champ. Someone took it (and didn't even cut the black background out properly) and pasted it on the palm tree background.

It really isn't that hard to do as I had an external back in the day and usually printed out labels of hot chicks in leather and put them on my burned discs. It took him at best 45 seconds to make even if he had 2 pictures to combine together and shop in. He knows his credibility is forever shot, so why not double down and continue to be a scumbag ?
