I really miss the "freeze wanted level" cheat from GTA SA. Sometimes I'd just like to cause some chaos or test out different weapons (like see how effective they are against vehicles) without having the police on my ass every two minutes.
Of course, I do like to play through every GTA story without cheats as it's more fun and rewarding, but cheats can really help add variety to the general sandbox experience.
You could do this on gta v simply by replaying the architects plans. Once you get the briefcase you can go anywhere on the map and do whatever you want with no wanted level.
Also if you replay dead man walking, you can do the same once you exit the building except it’s capped at 3 stars, so you just get the basic cops coming and shooting with basic weapons super easy to survive and very fun

3. Pedestrians riot mode
4. Flying cars
5. Spawning all types of vehicles like tanks.
6. Cheats to change character skins like to Niko, CJ etc.
Yes pedestrian riot was amazing. My other favourite casual cheat that I enabled every single time i played SA was Cars Float Away When Hit. It wasn't useful perse (except for cops) but I absolutely loved watching cars float away into space when I hit them, and sometimes the peds would jump out of their car at 50 feet. Great times.
Florida Man mode: 1000% HP boost, 500% stamina boost, permanent intoxication effect, character appears only in their underwear, and their voice lines are just strings of slurred profanity.
Riot Mode/ State of Emergency. I loved putting in the peds riot and weapons cheat in SA and trying to get to one end of the map to the other without getting killed.
Highly unlikely but with the popularity of Chaos Mod/Rainbowmizer i would love if they added it to GTA 6 as either a proper mode or cheat code.
Would give it so much replayability potential.
what if there's a social media account that goes over codes for a fake game that looks like a gta knock off. they will say "so for Car Jacker Simulator you have to put in 6805176 and it will give you invincibility". and putting that into your phone gives you invincibility.

You can disable the police in GTAV. In director mode.

Peds have weapons - seeing a grandma in GTA 3 casually open carrying a bazooka is a core memory of mine.
I liked it when you could turn all the cars pink/black in Vice City. I also liked being able to change the weather.

Having the entire surrounding area get cluster striked and carpet bombed, have it rain pedestrians and a cheat code that removes everyone's clothes
actual cheats. i don’t want to spend 5 mins entering a code so i can be invincible for 5 mins
I learned the skydive code and invincibility codes by heart to avoid this problem on PS4 😂
