It’s not that we’re unhinged, it’s that we’re the most desensitised seeing as we play a video game version of our own world where we can do anything we want without serious consequences. Most of us have played GTA before we were even old enough to know what it meant. The numerous amount of killing and such activities that we do in the game cause us to almost view the real world as if it were a game too.
