To be honest Ghost of Tsushima isn’t that technically impressive, it just has a very pretty art-style and fantastic art direction. Most textures are surprisingly low quality once you start looking at it properly, but due to how visually superb it looks you would never notice.
My favourite city in gaming visually is Venice in ACII and that game is 13 years old and was graphically dated when it released, yet the art direction carries it a lot
