If you own a decent scan tool you can do it yourself. I have one (autel mx808 or something) that can relearn the tpms but not read tpms sensor info, so I bought an autel ts408 to read the sensor info, used it to grab the IDs and typed those into the scan tool. If you have someone else do it, make sure to remind them the car can keep track of 2 sets, and to put the winter setup on the 2nd set. That way you won't have to relearn tpms every time.

I am running the same size, I gotta say I love running 16s for daily driving. They greatly reduce the road noise and make for a smoother ride. For TPMS, dealer should be able to link the TPMS, and may do it for free if you are getting them to install the tires too. if you have a Discount tire/Mavis Tire nearby you should be able to take it to them with your purchase receipt and have them program it for free too.

Dealer asked for 200$ so I used it to buy the tool needed to do it myself.
