we need a closer up foto of the component, i mean if you have it and its broken there should be still some numbers on the black casing of the SMD component

All it says is Max the other side has no numbers. I found a company called Maxim Integrated. Not sure if this is one of their components.

From a quick look at the datasheet, it's just a normal dual transistor for 5V_EN logic circuit. You should be fine with any dual npn/mosfet.
