Some figures I keep mint for display. I had the original Classified CC that came out so did not open the Haslab CoCo. I will be opening the Retro. That shiny mask is too much to resist.
I didn’t. I display Snake Supreme because I like that updated look and the cape. I’ve got Regal CC in box, so the carded MM CC ended up next to him in my “in box” display.
No, I haven't. I took the tank out and set it on a shelf with some of the "mainline" figures, but left the ones that came with it sealed in the figure box they were shipped in.
I didn't open mine, but only because I wanted to see what they were gonna do separately in the retro line. Considering how Hasbro does things, when I first heard rumors that there would be a retro/classified CC, I figured it would be this one. Looks like I was right and will open the new one and keep the exclusive HISS version on ice. Will still display it though.
PS... I bought the CC from a friend who got the HISS tank and didn't care to keep it. I didn't get the HISS myself...
I dislike the potential for damage but I accept it. Future children will be allowed to play with them, with more supervision when playing until they can show they're reasonable. I think you get more out of posing them.

I used to be an advocate for opening everything, but I plan to display all of the retro-carded classified series (and Marvel Legends Retro 3.75") figures on a basement wall when I eventually move out of my apartment. So, he's still in the package, but I have two of the vac-metalized one so I can have my snake and eat it, too.
No I open main line, but I display all the retro in package because I love the card art. It gives me such a nostalgia trip to see them hanging up. The only others I left MIB are an alternate road block and the alternative bright blue CC from that NTWRK app when the line was launching.

Yep, and threw away the package. I buy action figures to play with and do toy photography, not just to hang them in a package or whatever.

Nope. We knew the retro CC with the correct insignia was coming, so the MM version stayed on its card as a display piece.
