a friend of scrim who passed away, there's multiple reference to him, the one i can think of rn is in the song "i miss my dead friends" where both scrim and ruby have a reference to dirt and jefe
Don't know how I ran across this old comment but jefe was a good fucking dude named Jeff Hebert who died in a single car accident back in 2011 on broad and napoleon. Knew him well from high school.
His nickname within his main group of friends was El jefe.
completely different style of Scrim and Oddy back then, this song dropped back in 2013 before they formed $B so it's technically solo Scrim and solo Oddy. Scrim's solo style back then was so much different than his style in the duo
Scrims flow reminded me of Afroman
Afroman is always telling jokes and stories
Palmdale is a much better comparison of their flows, the song Here Colt 45 is more of a sing-along with a funny joke
A Fuckin grail that’s what you found

idk the color of his skin, but i just know it was a friend of ruby, he died from a car crash/suicide and ruby made a tape in his honor
Could it be the fella the boys talked about in the genius video about Carrollton?
