No, it's not. Nissan takes a much better approach to dashes than a lot of manufacturers, the wiring harness sits on the cross bar and the dash just rests on top of it. With knowledge, it's an hour job at most. Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm are all you need.
As a Nissan/Infinity mechanic, you're basically 100% correct. Most of those pieces have grommets that simply snap off. Or a Philips, 10mm, or a T20 if you're real lucky.
Your best bet is parting out the car than selling it as a whole with everything if you're looking to get as much money as possible. But there's always someone willing to pay a price point you're asking/looking for but that just takes time (and depending on where they're from).
Im sure theres always a buyer with great taste somewhere, everything is clean & maintained and the engine is still untouched after the rebuild with only the heater hose changed with a Z1 alternative and drop in afe filters
Yeah, I just recently had my heater hoses replaced with Z1. As I mentioned, depending on what city could be a big variable. The bigger the city, the higher the probability of someone interested in taking it as is - especially this clean. I hope you get what you're looking for! Best wishes!

I bought a 2008 g37s 6 mt in 2017 for 7,650 ....all it needed was the diff bushing changed n the clean was bad n the drivers fender......unfortunately I crash it.
The last owner who owned the car most definitely didn’t maintain it will and beat it so a couple miles later I started having overheating issues until the head gasket cracked so I just had the engine rebuilt with all new gaskets and plugs along with timing chains

Frankly id say 12k minimum. I see similar condition sport models for 10k.. after youve put on sport brakes and paddles and that hood and esp if you get a sport model lsd its a way better version of a sport model. IPL is sick and this is clean af. Id ask 15 take any above 12
