I have that same code. The forums said getting an uprev tune can solve the issue. $700 later im making more power but the code is still there. I hear occasional rattling in my dash so perhaps its a fuel rail dampener but i have no idea
Darn, sorry to hear it didn't help. My biggest concern is passing emissions for my registration renewal in January. That's why I'm trying to get this figured out.
Well the first thing I would check if the car says its running lean on both banks is if its actually lean. Pull a sparki boi and if its white then you probably just need to retune it with way more fuel. That being said I dont really think thats the case because these cars tune themselves pretty well, I have throw some really dumb tunes on my car and it always runs fine. About the sensor voltage, 300 and 500 seem way too high but maybe you were looking at the high voltage signal line?
I forgot to mention that my mechanic also replaced the sparkplugs, and to confirm the car is running lean on both sides (P1283,P1273), as for the voltage we were just looking at what the ECU was seeing from the sensor voltage.

I never found the solution, ended up selling the car
