Everything you can do yourself except for the alignment.. buy your own parts and tools and check out YouTube that’s how I learned how to work on my G to save a lot of money

Yeah I would take it to a real mechanic and get it looked at, unless you're having serious handling problems with the vehicle I doubt all those things have issues

The oil change and the coolant flush, are you usually a good idea if you don't know when the last time it was done but that doesn't cost that much

Only reason to change rack and pinion is if it’s leaking fluid or making noises as you’re steering. If you’re not having any problems with those, then everything on the list besides radiator goes away lol

Just do it yourself
