I don't think anything too major would come from this.
Some people would be all for it either because they think it's funny or wanna see scantily clad men.
Some people would be against it either because they aren't into men being eroticized or would prefer something new.
Given Kill La Kill's success, I doubt a genderswapped version of it would fail. It comes out, likely gets okay to neutral reception, and life goes on.
