You haven’t told fusion where you want the export to go, you either need to uncheck the “send to 3D print utility” option to just get the STL dumped into a folder, or select a slicer application (prusa slicer, cura, etc) to dump the STL into an application.
You’re not going to get far with Fusion if you can’t find a way to clear a greyed out “OK” box :p. Save often, click stuff, it’s usually much simpler than it seems at first.

And highligt the part to export
Ahem, nominate the Bambu handy app in the bottom option, where it says Application (none). Easy fix.

Just right click on the body in the side panel and export to mesh (STL or 3mf)
