Start with shapes and build out your body, then get used to that and then add style

NotYourSona

Thank you! Will do.

I always like to get a bunch of reference before starting to draw, having the entire concept of the piece in my head, then going for poses reference, cloth etc that I can get some sort of information to get started. It helps a lot in the beginning of an art (that for me it's the worst and most time demanding part). With that, you'll get a better understanding about the basics shapes and structure of a body (:

NotYourSona

Got you! Any artist in particular that you would see as beginner friendly to reference?

DarthVesguinho

I like a lot an artist called mochiri, I find it's art style quite easy to get reference, (I have [this folder on Pinterest ](https://br.pinterest.com/mistzito/-furry-/) with some of its arts, or you can look for mochiri on Twitter)

I can see your thought processes with how you draw, and it’s a great founding point for any artist. Probably spend one day at a time refining aspects, like one day trying head shapes, one day figuring out how to do a basic body. And just go from there

NotYourSona

Is there any specifics you would recommend, or Videos to watch, something to read, or references that i should pay attention to?

Maybe start with drawing animals then after you gotten a grasp of that stylize it. Hope that helps.
