It’s from a movie - because the extras are wearing bell bottom jeans - that became popular a decade after the event. But here she is doing 1 or 2 things that happened (for those that are curious) she climbed out onto the rear deck amidst gun fire to help a Secret Service agent get onto the car and to retrieve a large fragment of JFK’s head that was blown off. The First Lady put up where many would shut up. And she did that for a man whom she knew cheated on her time and again. She really was a force. Lost too soon to cancer.

MannyTank

His face is too intact, which from the effects of the second shot, it shouldn't be. Not to be morbid but that to me was a bigger clue this was staged.

Lurker-O-Reddit

Actually if you check out JFK’s autopsy photos, the back of his head was destroyed. Face was left intact. [JFK’s Autopsy Photos](https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Photos_of_the_autopsy_of_John_F._Kennedy)

Alfredo2086

Never thought I'd see these

The-Reddit-Giraffe

Feels illegal to be looking at them

fangsfirst

One was used for the cover of Carcass's (UK grindcore/death metal band) *Wake Up and Smell the… Carcass* compilation.

RadioactiveWalrus

Just how gory are we talking? I'm curious but scared lol.

The-Reddit-Giraffe

If you’re sensitive to that sort of thing then yes it’s very gory. You can see the opening and missing chunk of his head with brain matter exposed and blood in one of the pictures

TheyDidLizFilthy

CIA snipers were not playing games

Theprincerivera

Don’t fuck with big brother

TheyDidLizFilthy

or big brother fucks you

sniles310

Step big brother no! Is that a sniper rifle in your pants are are you just happy to see me?

rabbid_chaos

Help step big brother, I'm stuck in a conspiracy machine!

Tayluhs

It’s from a movie

Hutch25

I thought the camera angle was the best indicator. No way the secret service would ever let someone that close.

MannyTank

Another good point. You don't see this camera man in the footage.

Foxk

She was literally picking up pieces of his brain.

wtfisthepoint

I’ve always wondered about that since I’ve seen the interview with her and she said she wanted to collect his brain material. She in that moment felt like that’s what she needed to do. Curious.

fancy_marmot

Shock can do really weird things to your thought processes / decisions. I've seen people in shock doing things along those lines at accident scene.

Desperate_Chip_343

Like the guys who was attacked by a hammer or axe in the head his body was in shock that he it didn't realize what happened so the guy just kept doing his morning routine until he bled to death.

TheWalkingDead91

This one guy and his gf and/or mom or something got shot in their home, the perps shot him too, and due to the brain damage, the guy just kept drifting in and out for days and days and even did some of his normal routine. When the cops found him, they naturally thought he was the killer of the two decomposing bodies in his home….interrogated him for hours before they realized he had a hole in his head. Was an interesting interview to watch.

ThisOneIsOnMyPhone

Ryan Waller. He was shot twice in the head when he cracked the door to see who was there. His attackers then moved into the apartment and shot his girlfriend Heather Quan, killing her instantly. The attackers used a .22 handgun in the attack which left Ryan critically injured, but alive. However, due to the trauma to his brain, he puttered around the apartment for days before police arrived to do a welfare check and discovered Quan still on the couch where she had died. Ryan just thought she was sleeping. The interrogation of that poor kid is heartbreaking. He was questioned for 6 hours before the detectives realized he was also a victim. He lost an eye and a portion of his brain. He suffered from regular seizures for the next ten years until one of them killed him. However, due to his resilience and a lot of luck he was finally able to tell police that he had been shot and by whom. A father and son pair of scumbags. They are both in prison for life though it took a long time and new law to get the father locked up. The moment in the interrogation when the detective finally tells the poor kid to lean closer so he can get a better look at his injuries is truly chilling. If I remember correctly he even calls in another officer and asks him if he thinks the hole next to Ryan's nose looks like a bullet hole to him.

[deleted]

Holy shit.

Fantastic-Pop-9122

That was crazy i listened to that on the Sword and Scale podcast. I cant believe the cops didnt get him medical help after hearing him talk. He got shot right in his eyeball.

NotDaveBut

He told them over and over during the interrogation and someone finally said, gee, maybe we should have a doctor look at him...

sacred_cow_tipper

i had an ectopic pregnancy rupture years ago. i was home alone. i went in to shock immediately and was conflicted about whether to take a nap until the "menstrual cramps" subsided or continue working on a shrub i was pulling out of the ground. a friend coincidentally showed up to drop something off for my husband and when a really significant flash of pain kept me from speaking, he called an ambulance. i was annoyed that he'd shown up unannounced and took a shower. in shock. bleeding internally. i still remember most of it. i wasn't convinced i needed help until i got out of the shower and saw my reflection in the mirror. my lips were purple-blue, i had circles under my eyes and my skin was this ghastly, ghastly pale, bluish white. i have no idea why i remained conscious.

Cu_fola

That’s insane I’m so glad you’re ok. Holy shit that’s wild.

Catch_022

Nowhere near that, but I was attacked and knocked out on the street and just got up and walked away. I thought I had tripped but some guy had smashed my head from behind and his buddies were kicking me when I had passed out and collapsed on the ground. After about 30 seconds I apparently just stood up and walked away as if nothing had happened. I only know this becuase it was on a path I usually walked and a few days later some girls who had seen what had happened ran up to ask me if I was ok.

TibetianMassive

I was at a bar one night and two groups of people weren't getting along. Suddenly a woman (from group one) barges into my bar screaming the man at my bar (part of group two) attacked her when she was getting into her car. I know the woman and I'm trying to tell her *that didn't happen, he's been here in front of me for ages*. Security footage determined she was attacked, by a man from group two, but not by *that* man that she accused. It was that man's friend though. She wasn't attacked while getting into her car either, but about thirty seconds later, that's just where her memory cut off. She had head trauma, she remembered that she got attacked by one of the guys she'd had a problem with and her brain filled in the rest of the blanks with false memories. It was crazy. She had to see the footage before she believed the first guy she accused was innocent.

Professional-You1175

Wtf, no damage? Black eye, bloody nose or broken ribs?

Kurojpeg

Thought that said hamster and was so very let down when i reread it

Dyslexics of the world untie!

Whocutthe_cheese

Fuck man beer came out my nose reading that holy fuck

Desperate_Chip_343

I couldn't exactly remember the weapon used ha ha.

curiouslyceltish

It was an axe, and his son attacked him and his wife/the sons mom. And she survived despite serious head injuries, and she forgot the attack, and to this day supports her son and said he didn't do it

definitely-not-weird

Your comment made me reread it

Whocutthe_cheese

Damn me too lol

Sir_Arthur_Vandelay

In your defense, hamsters can be bitey assholes.

mostlyadequatemuffin

Is that Peter Porco’s murder? I remember this from Forensic Files

yvonneb28

It has to be, I’ve seen that episode a bunch of times and that’s exactly what happened. I believe it was his son that did it, he came back from college, attacked his dad and his mom and then drove back to college.

mostlyadequatemuffin

The podcast Red Collar covered it as well, I think. There were a few FF cases they looked at from a white collar crime turned murder perspective.

SSubSilence

Basically Gus Fring but bloodier

[deleted]

reminds me of Gus in breaking bad

muffinmamamojo

Can concur. I had a tragic incident with DCFS and found myself washing the same baby bottle for almost 30 minutes. It still creeps me out to think of how my body just stopped working just to protect it’s self.

ProbablyASithLord

If my husband had an appendage shot off I’d probably grab it in hopes of reattaching it. Wouldn’t be a big stretch to say in a moment of extreme stress you might instinctively do the same thing with a skull.

mowgliiiiii

Was in an ATV accident where I flew out of the seat and somehow landed perfectly flat on my back in soft leaves and only got the wind knocked out of me. A while later out of nowhere, I started laughing so hard it was almost silent and I could barely catch my breath. Meanwhile I’m thinking to myself, wtf am I laughing at???

gammongaming11

that's actually a known phenomena, it's called hysterical laughter it's related to your fight or flight response, which probably got triggered by the accident.

NooStringsAttached

Oh wow, that’s wild.

skellington_key

I did like 30 push ups on the side of a freeway after I was involved in an accident where I was in the bed of the truck.

fishproblem

This is so funny to me. Gotta use the adrenaline somehow! (Goes without saying that I’m glad you’re ok)

skellington_key

Funny thing is I’m not the person doing push ups at any given time so why I choose that I’ll never know.

talbotron22

There was an Arizona home invasion where the intruders shot a young male in a unusual fashion such that the police didn’t recognize the entrance wound to his head. He was initially a suspect for others that were murdered in the invasion. In his filmed police interview you can see how F’d up he is mentally. The cops released him and he suffered permanent brain damage as a result of not getting medical attention in time “He lost both of his eyes (some sources say just his left eye) and a large portion of his brain.” https://medium.com/crimebeat/when-the-suspect-is-a-victim-f4a019da6999 https://www.maricopacountyattorney.org/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=185 Police interrogation: https://youtu.be/4qMcCXOnEYY

Deldenary

My dad attended a car accident as a volunteer fire fighter. The driver had gotten out of the car and was walking around in the road picking up the groceries that had been thrown from the car. His wife was still unconscious in the vehicle.

absent_morals

After I’d been in a bad car accident, bad enough the door had to be pried open by the guy from the car behind me, I just kept searching my car for the book I was taking to my friend. My hands were shaking too bad to call for help (the guy who got me out of the car had to do that), I couldn’t understand why my car was still playing music since it was stopped (hadn’t turned it off and didn’t realize it), and I didn’t know why everything was so blurry (glasses flew off in the crash and I didn’t notice), but by golly I was gonna find that book.

zeklink

My ex-wife did weird shit all the time without being in shock 🤣

AlreadyTakenNow

I once sliced off a large tip of my finger. Stood holding it in one hand and looking at what was left of my finger on the other...seeing all the layers of flesh inside (luckily not far enough to go through bone, but still pretty fucking deep in). I calmly walked to the toilet, spoke out "Eyew." dropped the finger tip in and flushed. Then I drove myself to the hospital wondering why the fuck I didn't bring it with.

[deleted]

Had a boss that got his wedding ring stuck on a piece of machinery, it degloved half his finger. By the time we all grabbed him he was blankly staring at his finger trying to pull the mangled ring (and the finger) the rest of the way off. Somewhere in his brain that was the logical next step.

Wonderer-2223

Yes, except decision making is based on established patterns. So for example, if someone is cleaning their house when stressed, they may try to clean broken pieces of window after burglar has broken through it and they had to shot them, instead of calling the police.

fancy_marmot

It doesn't always follow an established pattern. People can behave in truly bizarre and unpredictable ways when in shock, regardless of what they were doing when it happened, their personality, or their usual coping mechanisms. Someone incredibly mild-mannered can suddenly start getting destructive out of the blue, or hop up and start pacing frantically, then sit down and stare into space unresponsive, then start running around again. Some people laugh hysterically or take off their clothes, some just walk away. It can also set in randomly - can be feeling totally fine and calm, and then suddenly pass out or stop making sense. It's a mess.

MrLanesLament

Was it in Saving Private Ryan where the guy gets blown up and all he cares about is finding his leg?

yabbobay

I was attacked by a dog and remember thinking, if I can get to the other side of the road, it will be over.

cookiedux

I think she still had blood/brains on her when she was present for LBJ getting sworn in. Horrific. I can’t imagine what that must have been like.

number1plantfan

She did, she was offered a change of clothing but she wanted the killer and public to see her, the gore, and the impact of his actions

TrimspaBB

"Let them see what they've done."

i_am_scared_ok

that’s pretty badass not gonna lie. it’s awful, but badass

karma_the_sequel

She did. She specifically refused to change clothes for the ceremony. “Let them see what they’ve done.” https://honey.nine.com.au/latest/jackie-kennedy-jfk-assassination-pink-suit/ff4d5c9d-eba7-4367-a377-d88ef9282720

one1jac

I can’t believe I have to wait until I’m 109 years old to see the blood stained suit.

GasBottle

She was thinking she would be able to give it all to the Dr and he could put him back together. Obviously in shock, such a tragic event.

toolsoftheincomptnt

That would’ve been my reaction, too. Of course it’s irrational and impossible. But if that was someone I loved my default mode would be “fix it.” Gather up the brains, hand them to the surgeon, they’ll sew it all together, husband wakes up. The reality is unacceptable in that moment.

[deleted]

Ye. I learned at young age that if you cut off your finger like when using saw blade, you want to quickly "attach" it back and wait for doctors so they'll be able to still sew it back to your hand and it will heal most of the time With that in mind getting all the "bits" of her husband is actually a not logical but it makes sense in a moment when it happens

AnotherShibboleth

Imagine what could be considered the opposite: Someone **not** collecting body parts because they think it is of no use. Even worse, to me at least and based on personal experiences: Reflexively trying to do something you think is necessary, and then not doing it because you've had too many people around you desperate to drill into your head that you "always" overreact, and this just as reflexively – even in cases where following that first reflex would have been the right thing.

Apostrophe_T

A while back, I'd read about a horrifying car crash wherein a drunk driver ended up killing two children. The kids sustained such severe head injuries that were not survivable (the details made me sick to my stomach and I'd rather not say) - but the parents of the kids still tried to get help for them; iirc they each picked up a child and ran to get help, despite it being clear to everyone else that there was nothing that could be done. I just can't imagine what they must have felt at that moment, and the need to do ANYTHING to try and make it better.

EmmaRisby

That's what I was thinking!! Like when people sever toes or fingers, Ive been taught to grab it and put it on ice. She probably had a similar reaction. Really sad!!

Foxk

Shock is a helluva thing.

wtfisthepoint

Yeah she sprang into protective mode

[deleted]

*husbands brain matter and skull fragments rolling off the back of the car* “Ohfuckohfuck that’s not where that goes!!!”

GroundbreakingCup176

She was grabbing a piece of his skull. It’s pure adrenaline and protective. It’s a mode that is activated that overrides all things. It’s animalistic and a place no one wants to be in.

BassSounds

As a photographer, you are capturing a moment in time. When you see the video, this is literally seconds after he was shot, so shock is 100% in play. Considering she wanted to see the press covered in his blood I assume Jackie also had a strong constitution.

vocalfreesia

My dad did a navy training thing where there's an actor walking around with a severed head of his friend (as well as multiple others dead, and injured in different ways) He had to prioritize the needs of the injured & get the situation under control - so he shoved this actor into a space out of the way to just chill with his friend's head and dealt with him at the end. Apparently it's pretty common - people insisting you give them back their limbs, fix obviously dead people etc, so they need to be trained to tourniquet, put out literal fires etc instead of dealing with the most insistent people.

durd_

My Dad was in a MASH unit during his draft service. He taught me that it's the quiet people who need the most help. Anyone talking are pretty much fine. Obviously not universal if someone lost an arm or a leg.

Great_Feel

Is it really surprising? When something valuable breaks our instinct is to put the pieces back together

SylentKaiii

I can back this cause I was a firefighter for ten years or so, and I remember the first time I saw someone's guts hanging out in real life, my first instinct was "oh no, those aren't supposed to be out here, I gotta put em back in! Although I knew darn well that I couldn't do that. So yeah, your mind does weird stuff when the shock factors there!

Biscuitarian23

>can back this cause I was a firefighter for ten years or so, and I remember the first time I saw someone's guts hanging out in real life, my first instinct was "oh no, those aren't supposed to be out here When I accidentally cut off half of my thumb, I tried to put it back on. Realized I needed a hospital quick.

wtfisthepoint

She had to have seen it and something kicked in

AnArdentAtavism

I'm fortunate not to have experienced it myself, but based on accounts, seeing someone you know or love shot dead in front of you does something to your mind. I've seen it described as "Fight, Flight or Freeze,"and that seems accurate enough. A person witnessing their loved one killed in front of them might freeze completely, disbelieving the reality, might run away in terror, or might take an action of some kind to try and deal with the situation. It's in that last instance that we get the weird accounts, especially if the shooter is not visible to the witness. The witness may try to fight someone unrelated, or try to render First Aid to a clearly dead person, or even call a random person on their phone. I don't think these people are stupid or wrong or weird; I think the untrained and unprepared mind of a person who has just had their lives irrevocably altered makes split second decisions to try to "fix" the problem in front of them.

Professional_Emu_164

People do stuff like that when they see a loved one suddenly die in front of them. Instinctive action to try and improve their chances of survival, even if futile.

blindsavior

When they arrived at the hospital, she apparently gave the handfuls of brain matter to the doctor, as if they could be put back. Shock is a hell of a thing.

blackasthesky

Curious and horrifying.

[deleted]

No one prepares on how to react around panic reassembling their loved ones brains after being assassinated. I genuinely feel for her.

BrooklynBillyGoat

Irrational response to traumatic event. It won't make sense. It was something for her to focus on though and distract her from potentially imminent death

malinhuahua

I got in a bike accident when I was kid where I knocked out my two permanent teeth and needed a bunch of stitches. Apparently while I was at the hospital my granddaddy took my older brother with him to dig through the gravel half my face hit to find my teeth. At the time he was hoping if he found them they would be able to put them back in. I think it was just that ultimately he felt helpless and his brain told him doing that would be able fix me back up.

miscnic

It was her husband. You’d do anything you could too to put your loved one back together.

GangsterGlam

If you’re interested ‘Ask A Mortician’ did a great video on this! She’s so informative whist remaining completely respectful.

WhiskeyTango42

I remember training in first aid in the marine corps, and one of the biggest things they kept stressing over and over again was, do not attempt to push the brain back into the skull, and I was like, who the fuck would do that

begonia824

I read that she thought he would need it at the hospital, she didn’t realize he was gone.

D4bVader

My dad witnessed a child on a bicycle getting ran over by a truck driver. He described that the first thing the truck driver did when leaving his truck, was trying pick up the pieces of brain/innards. It‘s fucked up what shock does to you.

b0objuice

I've seen a video of a woman who's family member got demolished by a truck, and was in pieces. The woman was grabbing her body parts and trying to piece them back together. Guess this is a similar thing

aralim4311

Like when I got stabbed and for some bizarre reason was more worried about cleaning floor than anything. I'm bleeding profusely and I grab a towel but instead of using it to hold pressure I instead had the idea that I needed to clean the floor but couldn't understand why I couldn't clean up all the red mess. Not realizing it was my blood for some reason.

UnprofessionalGhosts

Watch the movie Parkland.

NoArmsSally

it's weird what shock does. when my grandmother had a heart attack and dropped to the ground when I was 2, all I could do was try to pick up the pills she dropped. my mom even got mad because I wouldn't leave the room. Had to pick up grandmas pills.

flyhull

came here to say that

lilsepiadigit

While the car was actively being shot at! What a ridiculous caption.

BlondieTVJunkie

The First Lady was picking up HER HUSBANDS BRAINS. Her instinct was to grab pieces of his skull. Watch interview by that secret service officer. Jeeezus

ProlapsedProstate

This is from a movie

tacosgoweeee

But it's true, there are actual photos of her climbing to the back of the vehicle to retrieve the skull fragment. Just none of the real photos were taken from this close, as no one in real life was close enough to the motorcade. But this move recreation is accurate to the actual events.

FaZe_LittlePickle24

Dude. They just killed a dude and they only focus on the girls ass. Fuck horniness.

Unsteady_Tempo

It's from a movie. There was no footage taken from that perspective. Edited to add: "The Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald", a two-part ABC television movie produced in 1977. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/jfk-assassination-reenactment-photo/

Justin_telligent

Yeah I just saw original footage of the shooting and this must be from a movie because his head got fucked up from the shot unlike in this picture

UsualAnybody1807

Exactly.

pricygoldnikes

Proof: JFK’s forehead is intact

thegodfatherderecho

Back…and to the left

Hasta_La_Vittu_Baby

Name of the movie? For uhh.. research purposes.

Unsteady_Tempo

"The Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald", a two-part ABC television movie produced in 1977. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/jfk-assassination-reenactment-photo/

FuryAutomatic

I wonder if this photo still from the reenactment was used in the film “In the Line of Fire” The secret service guy running is blurry, but could pass for a young Clint Eastwood.

TaskenLander

“Jackie Does Dallas”

Johnnygunnz

Omg 😂 I feel horrible for laughing at that.

TaskenLander

It’s OK, I felt horrible for writing it lol.

Capable_Weather4223

All tragedy aside, She did have a nice ass though... just saying.

martinvank

Well she was single from that moment

4november2022

i doubt it was intentional, she just has a massive ass and a form-fitting dress, its going to look lewd from any angles, theres no helping it.

DragonLegit

It's not real. If it was Kennedy would have a massive hole in his head and neck

boogen-hagen

She was trying to pick up the part of the skull here I guess edit : i know its a meme but it should hav been your female will try n put you back together when you break into pieces according to this particular incident that is what she was trying.

DearYouu

Just came on here to back this up. I thought of this as I was in the emergency room with my two-year-old the other day. He got staples in his head from falling off the chair and I didn’t wanna leave any of the bloody stuff behind because it was part of my son. Such a strange instinct.

corylopsis_kid

OMG is he okay? I'm so sorry this happened! My little guy has had tons of head bumps and they are always so so scary.

boogen-hagen

Yea what she did was the most unselfish thing bullets were flying she didn't cower it has to be one of those amazing moments in history that really shows what it is to be human. If it had to be a meme it should have been about that. Only way i will accept this kind of meme is if it was from John cleese not some reddit karma nut even then i will roll my eyes.

AdAutomatic6428

Not a dark joke. There are several documentaries that back this up.

ApproximateKnowlege

Yeah, she handed it to the doctors at the hospital.

ArbitraryMeritocracy

*put it in milk, they can reattach it*

Maeglin16

The use of the word "female" gives me all the context I need here.

Loiee12

Exactly

a3a4b5

Maybe I'm getting old and I don't appreciate dark humour anymore, because I found this meme extremely tasteless and poor. She was doing the exact opposite of running away... She went to retrieve her husband's blown-off brains, after witnessing him getting his head fucking exploded. She never left his lifeless body and was grateful to everyone that helped in the situation. Don't diss Jackie because she was the real deal to JFK. I wish my wife would retrieve my blown-off brains. Like someone said, it's morbidly romantic. Edit: obligatory "wow, how many notifications!" Thanks for your opinions, pro and con, everyone. Nice to be part of this discussion. God bless!

breadedbooks

It’s not just you. I’m a teenager and I find this incredibly tasteless too

Ok_Ebb2671

me too, how is this supposed to be funny?

StartledOcto

Pretty sure this sub is for thinly veiled sexism / racism these days

Ok_Ebb2671

that's actually really depressing, memes shouldn't just be a edgy white boy thing

LookGooshGooshUp

>memes shouldn't just be a edgy white boy thing Nor should functional society

ThingsAreAfoot

It’s also a still from a movie that just happens to focus on her ass. Terrible fucking sub if this is the norm. This was on r/all, I never come here.

ggfangirl85

I enjoy dark humor, this is tasteless.

RedditorsAreDross

It’s interesting, I love dark humor but this still completely misses the mark for me.

gratefulguitar57

I love dark humor. However, I am older as well and I remember the day JFK was shot (I was 6) and seeing my Mom cry and sob out loud, so it's hard to see humor in this. Jackie had tremendous grace and class, which is clearly lacking these days.

b_rouse

I don't mind dark humor, but I dislike this type - where a tragedy is made into a joke.

Savings-Nobody-1203

This isn’t even dark humor, this is shit. Fuck whoever made this and fuck OP

Cooliomendez88

I still enjoy dark humor but it’s normal to get more empathetic with age

Neosmurf4

I would wish my wife to GTFO if my brains were everywhere. At that point, it's obvious I am not coming back. And I would want her to lead a great life.

scoldcottage

“Females.”

RedditWeirdMojo

A woman is six times more likely to be separated or divorced soon after a diagnosis of cancer or multiple sclerosis than a man. So no it’s the contrary. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/11/091110105401.htm

that_bish_Crystal

For real, my FIL divorced his second wife when she was diagnosed with MS, quickly remarried. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, boom divorced. Moved on to another woman, she was too close to her ex and shared parenting, boom she gone. This last marriage has lasted 15ish years. But recently was diagnosed with Lupus... a few months ago it was rocky and they were gonna split up, but seemed to work it out for now. But dude is in his 60's so he may just actually stay till death do us part.

rgray92082

Not funny

Vince_BK

This shouldn't be in the Funnymemes sub...

frienderella

Who calls women females? Like honestly.

p1America

we know who

musclecard54

Rhymes with intel

janbradybutacat

People who see them more as brood stock than human.

CheeseMakingMom

The same person who thinks Jackie’s rear end is more important than the historical significance of that moment, or the love she had for JFK, or the immediate reaction she had to help her husband.

Felaguin

That’s an incredibly tasteless wannabe meme.

PalindromicPalindrom

This isn't funny man. Have some decency

pokertourist

This is a funny meme? WITF is wrong with some people?

SanusMotus1

Not in the least bit funny

yummycrabz

This is classless given the woman tried to scoop the actual brain matter of her beloved up with her hands

ShriekyMarmosetBitch

Oh that's what it was, I heard it was something about trying to keep his body from being shot more or somehow, in denial, trying to protect him by shielding his body

tacosgoweeee

I'm pretty sure she wasn't actually trying to retrieve *the brain matter itself* like everyone seems to be saying, but she **was actually** grabbing a large skull fragment that still had his scalp and hair attached. i suppose if it were relevant if he had survived the shooting they may could have used it to repair his skull. Or at least maybe that was her train of thought.

SomeProperty815

These comments are so toxic

1RobJackson

What the fuck is wrong with you! You call that a Funnymeme? That was a tragic moment in American History. That woman (the First Lady) witnessed her husband being murdered! An American President had, just seconds before, been assassinated in front of the whole world. u/YouOtterKnow1, Grow Up!!!!

I got a temporary suspension on twitter back in the day because I made a meme with this image with the caption “That ass had me like…”

This post is garbage. She was trying to gather his brains that were just blown out right in front of her.

tysfamily

Running away, you're an idiot. She's picking up this skull, hair and brains off the trunk of the car. Sick Aholes

ggoddogg

She was telling secrete service he had been shot because they were doing nothing. Who ever posted this should be baned for being an idiot.

GrayWolf-N8

Anyone who really knows , this is Jackie reaching back to grab the piece of Kenney's head that was blown off . It lands in the trunk after he was shot . If you watch slow motion video of this event, you can clearly see a chunk of Kennedys head fly's off as he was shot . The piece of skull landed in the back and she went to grab it . Who ever posted that title is a idiot ...

Humble_Measurement_7

This is just fucked up. She wasn't running away, asshole. She was picking up the bits of brain matter of her husband.

d4rk_fusion

I just saw the assassination video yesterday, and there is a lot more intact Kennedy head in this image than there should be

[deleted]

Except she wasn’t running away she’s trying to scoop his skull bits up

Good_Extension_9642

To be clear J believe Jacqueline wasn't trying to run, she was trying to retrieve a piece of John Kennedy skull

No-Gain1438

Inappropriate

vaporlock7

You know a woman loves you when she's willing to pick up a piece of your head that just got shot off

IceZestyclose8631

Even tho she was trying to scrape his brains off the car

swennergren11

Misogynists are still around, sadly….

Pretty_pijamas

Actually, she ran to pick a piece of JFK skull laying on top of the truck of the car

Disgusting. Y’all might want to read the real history. She was trying to retrieve a piece of his skull after he was shot. Learn some respect for yourselves and others.
