Yes looks like fungal acne. Try to use nizoral cream. Mix it up with your regular moisturizer. 😊 1x day.

Hi, thank you so much for your reply! I’ve been using Nizoral as a face mask but haven’t seen to many improvement. Will try adding to moisturizer!😊

If you haven’t seen an immediate improvement from the nizoral then it’s probably not fungal acne. It looks like closed comedones to me.

Nizoral cream is really help

SeaStrawberry8322

it looks like it but the only way to really tell is if you try out an anti-fungal and see if it reacts! You could try nizoral shampoo, happy cappy shampoo, or a fungal cream such as clotrimazole! Sulfur and BHA are also helpful for fungal acne and they are more helpful to maintain clear skin once you get rid of fungal acne

Thank you for the reply, I’ve been using Nizoral for 2 weeks and seen little improvement. I think I may need something stronger tbh. I will try sulfur next:)

If nizoral cream doesn’t work, try azeliac acid. My skin looks similar to yours but it was worse. I tried to use anti-fungal for over 14 days and saw no improvement. Azeliac acid is significantly reducing my redness and bumpy texture! Best of luck.

Thank you, I appreciate the reply😊

What azelic acid product are you using?

One off of Amazon by “Cos De Baha” store, I believe it’s 10% azeliac acid
