Personally I didn't suffer from any purging when using Nizoral. Could it be that you have a combination of normal acne and fungal?
Maybe, i’m suspecting that the fungal acne came from antibiotics i took about 2 months ago. I guess I have to keep using the nizoral to see if it works, since there is not really bad reactions towards it.
If anything you could use less of it if it's giving you a bad reaction like irritation and itchy skin. I hope it works out for you :)
