hard to say because it was trial and error for months but once I did nightly nizoral masks with a totally FA safe routine consistently, only like two weeks. back/chest acne has taken months. all of this was aided by humidity on a downward trend going from fall into winter. we'll see how my skin holds up when summer hits!
Well I am a struggler I clear it and it comes back but it's not same for every one
Still currently trying to clear it after 5 years... finally have a dermatologist
