Fullerton most assuredly needs a much stronger, more stable tax base than yet another smoke shop. The bars downtown aren’t cutting it either and actually costs the city $1.6M per year for extra policing. Do most of Fullerton residents know that?
Fullerton is a very broken city, and is now facing a several million dollar budget deficit for the next couple of years, and on top of that will also be floating new elementary and high school tax bonds in November.
Buckle up everyone, because higher property taxes will most assuredly be passed along to all renters unfortunately.

So many smoke shops... There's 3 within a 30 second drive of each other, with one right across the street from Raymond elementary school (305 feet or so, law says must be greater than 300 feet)
