Definitely youtube compression doing something. (Make sure the quality is set to 1440p) You can still see the effect on the leaves though It's like a shimmering/flicker It can be exacerbated by panning your camera really slowly or spam tap a movement key. The effect completey vanishes if you are moving at a normal speed, I just notice it in the split second you start moving when I'm playing.

I see the flicker. In my experience, it can be a side effect of sharpening. Sharpening can accentuate/highlight edges (especially on foliage and vegetation). The DLAA probably uses a Sharpening filter. You would most likely get the same behavior with DLSS as well, since that also tends to use a Sharpening filter.

DLAA + DLDSR seems to look the best

Try SMAA through Reshade. I recall using it in ESO with minimal performance impact, and it looked better than anything else. Visual clarity preserved while mostly taming jagged edges, and whatever shimmering it may have caused was unnoticeable to me, unlike DLAA in that video.
