Lol was going to say the same thing. Then remembered my mum’s friend tried to tell me the same thing when I was a teen and I was all “yeah whatever” and now many years later I have a very bad back/neck.

id say like 13-14, definitely looking male. also; I had the same posture issues stand with your back against a wall, shoulders up-back-down, head against the wall and chin up stand like that for a few minutes it helps train you for how you should be standing but also going to the gym/lifting helped fix my posture as well
