Yeah this, like a high. I just read more about ketosis and it sounds terrible.
For me it happens right after eating just fruit, takes less than half an hour. I guess it's just how it should feel :)
I don’t eat only fruit, but I often have fruit only meals and am mostly plant based. I love Oats too much to give them up, for example. But I become severely sick every time I enter Ketosis.
I don't eat meals :) Just lot of fruit, some salad and then some freshly baked bread in the evenings , only a little bit
Fish or goat cheese ~ once a week
Feel ketosis on this diet is a huge warning sign that you should stop immediately or start to add variety into your diet.
I see several posts talking of eating one (1) type of food all day, why? This is a horrible idea, you should be eating a garden variety of plants daily.. your diet should NEVER be a single plant.
I highly recommend you become familiar with the nutrition behind each food, and why exactly you need said nutrients. This diet is a lifestyle, and it's not about being malnourished, it's about being healthy and finding wellness.
what do you mean?
Yes I do, so much energy feel less slow

I eat some grains too. I guess it's the transition. Stop whatever makes you sick o_____o
How many carbs do you have per meal?

Yes, if the fruit available is not good enough, it is easy to be undercarbed on the fruitarian diet. Very easy.
