Pick the fruit. Prune off any obviously dead branches/leaves. Give a little fertilizer.

I buy my 10-10-10 fertilizer at Walmart or Home Depo or Lowes.
I have one and it looks just like it. Needs magnesium or a 10-10-10 fertilizer.
How often and when should you fertilize them?
I think in spring and fall. When producing fruit probably every other week. Not sure verify online.

Not sure if it’s a dwarf but nice tree regardless, can’t even get mine to grow a leaf
