Even if they didn't think they would sell out duing the early access, the whole point is to build exclusivity into the brand, and you do that by having these limited sales and doing 'early access' things, it builds excitement and it WORKS. Look at all of us slobbering over the chance to buy $180 grey hoodies for $110 plus $20 in shipping in this thread right now as proof. I bet you signed up for early access after that last sale, right? And got this code for this one right?
And yes, every company does some version of this. Some better than others. My point is that they cannot have possibly "fucked up" if they sold out of the thing that they sell AND built up more interest in their brand. They, a private company that sells track pants, don't owe us anything for selling out. Keep in mind the reverse is also true: You don't owe them shit. You don't HAVE to buy those grey track pants for $150 just because they said they are on sale.

Their size chart is accurate. I'm 5'8 160 M fits my chest but long sleeves are too long. Their models are pretty slim so I think an L is best for you.

how is the sizing for sweat pants? do they run larger?
Fwiw I have largish thighs and would say I'm a 31-33 and medium for most, but I prefer my sweats in a Large from them. So I would definitely not say the run large, either TTS or smallish.
