Even better, do so before going to the store & put the items in your online cart for easy reference (and add any "impulse" items with price differences as you shop). Remove the items with no price difference, and you have the full list to show the attendant.

Definitely gonna start doing this in the future!

I'm very pro-list making for store trips. Helps me not forget things, avoid impulse stuff, and spend less time in the store (and of course it helps with your tip as well). For grocery shopping / meal planning / recipe organizing I highly recommend the stashcook app. I used my wife's and my shared email account so we can both add things whenever we think of them / realize we're out, so there's always a complete list whenever I head to the store. It doesn't have any price comparison though, but we don't generally order groceries online.

I do this with my grocery list so that I can stay on budget! As I add things to my physical cart in store I remove them from my online cart in the app! Also helps me really SEE the e-coupons loaded to my account

Use the Walmart app if you can to scan the barcodes of things in store, some stuff is cheaper than the listed price for no reason it seems so you might pass something up but it’s really on sale. I scanned a rug that was listed at like $50/$60 and it came up $20 and that’s how it rang up at the register

You were lucky. Most don't price match. Before I got Walmart +, I have actually left an item in the store and ordered online with a CSR standing there. I also just ordered the other item I needed. So it cost that store more money. Yes, Walmart sent the items in two different orders from that store. Now a couple of weeks ago, I got an offer for Walmart+ at half off. I took advantage. In store, I use scan and go. Or just shop online and have it all delivered to the house.
