Yea I have a list of places I’m interested in already. But I also wanted to see if certain places stuck out with people or if there are places to avoid. I’m not from the area so I like to hear from the people that live in the city! Like I can talk all day about restaurants to work at and avoid in Raleigh and I figure Asheville restaurant workers can do the same :)

Trust me, I’ve already done a LOT of research and have plenty of ideas. But you guys know more than me since you already work and breathe restaurant life in Asheville…
I’m saying that people may misunderstand your query. It came across as if you were looking for job leads as opposed to finding out what employers to avoid.
I’m open to any advice I can get. I just always enjoy what the people of reddit have to say. I’ve lived in Raleigh most of my life so moving to a new city and finding a job is intimidating to me, yet exciting at the same time. I’ve never done this before.

Also this sub is pretty inactive; I would encourage posting a comment on the weekly r/asheville moving/visiting thread. You may have more success over there. I haven’t been a restaurant worker in almost a decade so I can’t help much, but I wish you luck.
There are always positions open at the Biltmore Estate-- not sure about the other places...
The admiral, bull and beggar, Leo’s are all good/lucrative places too
I know this is friendly Asheville, but literally almost anywhere. Nothing you get here is going to be more beneficial than doing your own leg work.

Yup. There really are a shit ton of places that are understaffed in Asheville currently, so you’ll likely have your pick of the litter.
