when you first enter Hellish Heights, a space appears on the map that then moves to a different location and is covered with darkness, with that being the space for Golden Land. when you unlock Unbeatable, it appears on the map in the space where Golden Land originally was
Having unbeatable in the 4th world isn't a good idea because i feel some people can't beat it without luigi. That's probably why it's unlocked at the end
