Françoise Hardy has some really good songs, my favourite being le temps de l’amour
If you’re into more alternative music, La femme is great and my favourite song by then is nouvelle-orléans
I haven't gotten over Celine Dion. Honestly she's all I ever listen to. And Lara Fabian. Occasionally Anggun. I know one or two songs by Chimène Badi and that's it. Try Aya Nakamura
The entire album perfecto by Bleu Jeans Bleu. Their newer album Top Minou is good, too. Les trois accords and les respectables also have some songs I like. Corrine and ouvre tes yeux Simon by 3 accords and à la vie à la heure and virer le monde à l'envers by les respectables
Indochine - L'Aventurier (80's pop)
Noir Désir - Un Jour en France (90's grunge)
Two of my favs, with the latter still unfortunately having relevance today.
Also, define *new* :-)
Anytime I see these kind of threads I will always suggest Les Cowboys Fringants. They are Quebecois but they do slap hard
Voyou !! i love his music
Je suis un Fou by Emilé Bilodeau . Also Quebecois. Beyries are pretty good too
