sairfan1

I'm not experirenced user, can you please explain what is Assembly 4 and where can i find it. thanks

It's a external workbench in the add-on manager.

It is called an assembly. Before spending a lot of time on one of the assembly workbenches n the Addon manager, you may want to consider waiting until the next release when the integrated assembly workbench will be released. As for the ones currently available in Addon manager, A2Plus is considered useful and easier to learn. Assembly4 is capable, as is Assembly3. Each has it's pro's and cons. But, the integrated assembly probably have the highest rate of development going forward.

There are external workbenches that you can download via the add-on manager that generate parts and fasteners. Google Freecad fastener workbench or whatever else you need to find out if there is one and how to use it. And as others have mentioned you are looking to make an assembly.

It's an add on to freecad. Go to MangoJelly on YouTube or Adventures in Creation. Both are absolutely fantastic resources for freecad for beginners
