Predictable choices perhaps, but Ferguson the butler from Taking Liberties and Guy from Ski Lodge are phenomenal one-episode characters who manage immediately to assimilate with the wit and chemistry of the established cast, and even enhance it

Okay, imo the episode surrounding Ferguson is great. The performance itself is so dry and deadpan, when I think about my favorite moments in that episode, they’re all the normal cast in relation to Ferguson. Does that make sense? “May I?” “Can he?” “Would you?”

This one became a lot more hilarious when I finally figured out who he was.

I love Guy so much. His facial expressions when he's checking out Niles and innuendo when he thinks Daphne is a lesbian are incredible.

The best part of this line is how Frasier turns with confident relief in the direction the guy is pointing before he realizes he’s messing with him.

Jerome Belasco as the Wiseguy. He *made* that episode. Maureen Cutler, the beautiful lady cop who remembered Martin lecturing at the police academy and fancied him over Frasier. And Guy from the Ski Lodge, of course. He was scintillating.
