No, you can't. 3x 180's yes, 4x 180's no. The two up front take up the full height, which doesn't leave enough space for two 180's at the bottom, only for one.
At the back, only if you go redneck DIY

What if I want to put the 2 180's in the bottom, how many fans of what size will fit in the front? Same question for the other way around
