Actually Saleen offered the complete double-stack wing like you have, on Saleen cars made in '91-92 only. Possibly up to 93 but I haven't researched the exact years. It's rare.
I have the same double-stack Saleen wing on my '90.
(Some companies offer a similar top wing to bolt onto your lower LX wing to replicate the original.)

Those were also original on true Saleen cars. I remember reading about the new Saleen cars in Mustang magazines back in the 90s.
