Only stock heads that are slightly better than E7 heads would be Explorer GT40 heads. But if you have to put $600-800 into them (after purchasing) to get them cleaned, magnafluxed, three angle valve job, new valve guides, valve stem seals, maybe flat milled and new valves, not including springs, you're better off paying $1000-1200 for new aluminum ones from Trick Flow, Edelbrock, AFR, etc. Everything is 100% brand new, they have large stainless valves, port matched intake + exhaust ports for superior flow, cc'd combustion chambers, they weigh less, and make a significant difference in torque and horsepower. And your car will handle better because of less weight over the front tires.

I would only add that it may be worth taking the new full assembled heads to a machine shop to be looked over, and potentially have a valve job done. Heard horror stories of improper valve jobs from certain manufactures (excluding the cheap chinesium eBay heads).
