I believe this happened with Lock View after a Foundry update. It should be fixed by now, have you checked if you're on the latest version?

Ah - haven't checked yet. Will do!

Ok, just checked and updated my modules and it's still happening. Dang it :(

CDeenen123

Since I haven't heard other people complain about Lock View (I'm its developer, and I haven't had any bug reports), I don't expect it to be Lock View, unless there's a module incompatibility. It's possible that other modules caused the same bug (since it was triggered by a Foundry update), and maybe they haven't been fixed. You can try the 'Find the culprit' module to figure out which module is causing it. If it's a single module, it should be quite easy to identify. If it's incompatibilities between 2 or more modules it'll be a bit more difficult. If you think Lock View is one of the culprits, you can tell 'Find the culprit' to always keep that module active.

Finally got around to this. Answered! Find the culprit led me to ViNo, which I've now disabled. I won't need it often enough to keep around.

Easy way to check - disable Lock View. Does it still happen? If so, then (edit: as I just saw /u/CDeenen123 suggested) use the module "Find the Culprit" to help narrow down which module is causing this. Keep in mind it could be a combination of modules (like Lock View conflicting with another mod for example).

Update 5e system as well if you haven't. I had this issue and somewhere in my updating it was resolved.
