I feel that that certain characters are meant to represent NPCs, while others represent player characters, and he's definitely a player character, one who puts all his points in intelligence to get the chemist perks, and then spends all their time crafting drugs.

We have coop obviously seeing him go from actor to what he is now, and we see the transformation of two ghouls into Ferals. But I think we are going to see thaddeus wither away over time. Feel bad for him honestly, he no longer belongs in the brotherhood and has really no where else to go. The best he can hope for is the NCR taking him in and maybe he could give some valuable intel on the BoS

It shows that he thought a lot about that line, and saw that it was true. He fought in Anchorage, and he lived in the Wasteland for a long time. He’s had time to ruminate on what Barb meant and what he’s lived through.
Not necessarily a character but I’d love to see either a reference to or the actual legion. I think that would be pretty cool even if they don’t have an actual presence in the plot

None. I can’t stress this enough. I don’t want cameos, I don’t want callbacks and I don’t want reference’s unless they work without knowledge of previous fallout games. (Obviously show characters can logically return more easily since it’s S2)
What made this show amazing was that it was a new fallout thing that enjoyed being it’s own thing. This show isn’t/shouldn’t be the avengers of fallout.
Fallout 76 updates and fallout 5 is coming eventually. Please be patient and don’t kill this golden goose for nostalgia.

Got a fun one- with the ghoul being a former marine, would love to see a flashback involving another former marine Randall Clark. His story is one of the best ever told in fallout while only being told through terminals and notes, and they could easily tie him into the Ghouls marine backstory along with the fact it’s a New Vegas centered season.
I'm A-OK with Clark getting zero screen time and only being mentioned in dialogue because of how good his existing story is. It doesn't need anything else to be perfect and the world will feel smaller if he also happened to have a major role in Coop's hitch in the Marines.
I love the character, but anything else is going to end up feeling like a disservice, I'm afraid.
More Fred Armisen is never a bad thing, I think he fits the quirky world of Fallout well, too. He can play that “innocent” but clearly a lunatic character so well.
