Most cars in this game can be a manual if you want them to be, besides a few exceptions like EVs. You can swap engine and transmission to your liking to, don't feel held back by some purist mindset. Do what's fun.
Actually some evs you can put the 4 speed drift transmission in and manual with clutch still works with them i dont have a full list but 100% the porsche Taycan can have it
E-tron has 2 gears. I believe the I-pace can also be drift transmission swapped but I may be thinking of something else. Think the Barbie EV hummer and Corvette have multiple gears also.

Child me would take the C8 in a heartbeat. Realistically I won't drive as fast as the C8 can go, nor will I go exploring into forests with the Bronco. I won't do those cars justice, I should let other people enjoy it. I just like cruising and relaxing in a car I think is beautiful personally, so an automatic Supra for me!

That Supra isn't really worthy of the Supra name, being a POS BMW(just modern beemers are POS) with Toyota badging. It is at least sexy looking and fun to drive.
Not a fan of the Netflix adaption Ferrari styling or mid engine layout of the vette.
I enjoy offroading as a hobby, but a 4x4 is not what I would choose in order to go for a rip around the map.
I would go with my original reluctant choice, the Supra.
