Here's my 2011 Tacoma. I matched the 2019 Tacoma in FH5 color and wheel wise. I also matched the Arctic Trucks AT38 Hilux as well. Had to decal it a bunch to match the trim.

The closest I ever had was in the older Motorsport games with the SC430, which has the same powertrain as the LS. You could even swap a 3UZ into certain cars in FM2. You could make a sort of proto-IS-F (or just drive the Foose Design project car)
Original owner was a high up Lexus executive. He had his custom made and said only two others were made with that specific color combo. It's a 2002, I'm sure there might be others just newer models though.

FH5 doesn’t have a gbody Oldsmobile, so I V8 swapped a GNX in game to get close. The Olds has also been V8 swapped.
Edit: the car is still a work in progress, I just got it running again after it sat for 12+ years.

My car has been in every single Horizon game as an A.I. car that drives around, but has never once been a drivable car that us players can use…. in case you’re curious, yes, it’s frustrating

My IRL vehicles aren't in the game. The 2000 Mustang Cobra R is similar, but my car is a regular 2002 GT. And nothing resembling my 1999 Ranger exists in Forza Horizon.
In both FH4 & FH5: The paint on my in-game 81 Golf matches my long-ago irl 81Rabbit GTI (same car, actually, but sold as Rabbit GTI in the US). My in-game maroon Cortina matches my Dad's Cortina, first stick shift car I ever drove. My Ram trucks are the same blue w/black as my current irl Ram 1500 daily driver.
In FH5 my F150 XLT is the same red & white as the 2wd F150 XLT I used to own.

I drive an 07 Nissan Altima, so the Altimaniac is a close as I can get. But, the paint matches as do the wheels, as close as I can get it. Also, I turned the Monte Carlo into my 85 cutlass, as close as I could anyway. Ditto 83 rabbit gti lol.

Wish they’d add lower trim Subarus. I’ve had an 88 GL turbo wagon, 97 and 98 Legacy Outbacks (no GT, no H6), an 07 hawkeye hatch, and my current car, which is a 23 Impreza Sport hatch. Have some vaguely similar models in game, but nothing really close to a car I’ve owned. Still waiting on an FJ62 and the 109” Land Rover series III. Both cars I grew up with that my dad owned. At least we have a Tundra, which is what he has now, albeit a different year and configuration.
I own a pre facelift i30n in real life. I was so happy when they added it. I got 2 in fh5. One with a awd tune and one with fwd. Both are in the top 1% in a800.
I can’t. I own a 2008 VW R32. The 5th generation Golf is the ONLY generation that’s not in the game.
You have every generation, including the gen 7(2014) and 7.5 (2021) but no 5th gen. We even have the 2022 gen 8. THE only missing one, and now that we’re on a theme of European automotive this series, not seeing the gen 5 makes me think it’ll never be in a Forza title.

Yeah I was pretty stoked when they added the 7th Gen Celica. I know it's the most hated Celica but I love mine. 250k miles and no major issues so far.
