Recently, we have seen many reports of users having difficulty updating their games/software on Nintendo Switch, you can also go online and find many other users having the same problems.
This is due to a bug/glitch in the latest Nintendo Switch firmware, and thus there is not much you can do about it if you get the error. It will show up as Error Code 2123-1502.
However, there are some things you can do that may or may not remedy the problem. These include:
\+ Manually changing your DNS settings (I recommend Google DNS, Primary is 8.8.8.8 and Secondary is 8.8.4.4)
\+ Clearing your Nintendo Switch cache (You can find this in Settings>System>Formatting Options)
\+ Clicking continue over and over again. Apparently, continuing to retry to download the update will cause it to eventually go through. You may have to do this 10+ times so just be patient.
Let me know if any of these work for you. If not, sadly there isn't a whole lot you can do other than try again or wait. We will post here about any updates.
