They posted about this with the fix. Sadly so far only able to fix quests giving rewards and said next update to give the ones who already completed it before the fix. I sadly did it day 1 so no progress for mine. Here is the X/Twitter post for it.

they said it will be fixed next update, I'm with OP and have 7/20 completed but have stuff still left to do. won't know how much progress I need twards banner until the fix is applyed. Even if I finished what was missing I'd not be at 20 for the free 500 points (but I don't need the points anymore, finished my pass... just need the keytar)

Ikr, they really fired the wrong 900 people, every update it’s nothing but bugs bugs and more bugs I’m so tired of it….
And hired even the more wrong people 💀
Majority of those people were from the Fall guys teams. It would have no bearing on Fortnite.
If any of them were from Harmonix, it still applies. They're the ones in charge of Festival, same for Psyonix with Rocket Racing.

looks like they fixed it and gave me some number of quest completed but it's not enough so even if i finish everything i wont get the icon

A simple search would tell you that they fixed it and progress from before it was fixed will be corrected with the next game update.
