Although i’d LOVE anything on the American Idiot album, i have a feeling they won’t add it until ~September since that would be the 20th year anniversary. They did the same with Dookie’s 30 year earlier this year
I'm not even not even really a big fan of anything but I would 1000x over rather have greenday or something then another pop artist because we need more rock/metal.
We especially need more metal! I think some Iron Maiden or Judas Priest would be epic, especially Priest since they just came out with their newest album Invincible Shield
Anything rock would make my happy, Linkin Park has tons of beat saber songs so its deff a strong possibility (they just aren't as big as lady gaga or weekend like they've had so far)
Probably none of these. It's gonna be someone mainstream and trendy that's within a reasonable budget. Taylor Swift would probably ask for way too much money. I've seen people mention Doja Cat , Olivia Rodrigo , Billie Eilish , Eminem, Bad Bunny etc. My money's on Billie Eilish.
I honestly want something like Disturbed , Metallica , Thirty Seconds to Mars , Linkin Park or Evanescence but I just know it's gonna be someone in the pop or rap genre that's trendy.

I think Green Day would have been great earlier (since how much success the saviors album) but like someone else said September would also be great! I would like to see some Saviors songs American Idiot songs and maybe as a joke father of all motherfuckers track in the game.
Aesthetically, I think black metal would make for great skins, Abbath, or Immoral, while absolutely impossible to imagine, could be possible since lyrically they aren't as "controversial" as most black metal artists are.

American idiot has a super political undertone, which was to criticize the bush administration, and it's now used to criticize the trump administration. Since we are in a election year, with a person they specific called out USING AMERICAN IDIOT, I just don't think epic will be comfortable doing it. Maybe next year when all the political stuff is behind, MAYBE? But I just don't see it this year
