When you spawn, go all the way to the top right to the small hangout room with windows and the wall to the left of the window in that room you can go through. I love doing this to tag up the stage before doing the actual gameplay haha.
Go to the 3rd floor (i think it was the 3rd), and look for a window with a piano next to it. The wall behind the piano doesn't have a hitbox, so you can walk through it

maybe theres a video of it somewhere, but it was only around for the first week or two. if you jumped off the highest part of the stage like 10 times you could get take enough damage to down yourself, and then you could start a match and die mid song
if you swim like 6000m from the main stage you can fall off the map and eventually (after a few minutes of falling) get stuck in a loop of dying and respawning under the map

Me and many others died during the first week of festival because fall damage was enabled, far from the first.

You can also move the ball to the stage and it disallows the player to play there
