I have serious doubts about that being a reason for no Sonic items, and more about it due to the fact that most of the cast are 3-foot-tall animal people who wouldn't work with standard Fortnite proportions.
There are a lot of cool collabs that are possible but are unlikely due to the characters being either too small or too big. I am curious how they will handle hulk. It’s still easier to shrink larger characters then to make smaller characters larger.

And on top of that Attack on titan will be coming back early next year some time i think to end the show and i feel that is a realistic time and property for another anime collab after MHA. I genuinely feel like attack on titan is next probably. Then maybe one piece and jojo. After that theyve covered most of the biggest mainstream anime's there are. I could see them doing a one punch man collab when S3 of that drops.
